Last updated: June 27, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Reputation Radar website and service. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them. Questions? Email support@myreputationradar.com.

What we do

Reputation Radar helps local businesses monitor their online reviews and respond to them professionally. We also offer a free reputation audit and an optional one-time review cleanup.

Plans and billing

What you are responsible for

To manage your reviews, you give us permission to act on your behalf on your Google business profile and any other accounts you connect. You confirm you are authorized to grant that access, and that the information you give us is accurate. You agree not to ask us to post anything false, misleading, or in violation of any platform's rules.

Results

We work to improve how your business looks online, but we cannot promise a specific rating, a specific number of reviews, or any particular outcome — those depend on your customers and on platforms we do not control. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill; we do not guarantee results.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with how it works. We may suspend accounts that do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Reputation Radar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Cancellation by us

We may end service with notice if a plan goes unpaid or these terms are broken. We will refund any prepaid time we have not yet delivered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.

Changes

If we update these terms, we will change the date above and post the new version here.
