Who we are

Reputation Radar is a reputation-management service for local businesses, operated from 400 E Pratt St, Ste 850, Baltimore, MD 21202.

Information we collect

When you use our website or become a client, we may collect:

• Information you give us — the business name you enter for a free audit, and, if you sign up, your name, email, billing details, and the Google business profile you want us to manage.
• Publicly available business information — for our outreach, we gather business names, public ratings, and contact details that businesses have published publicly (for example, on their own websites or Google business listings).
• Basic usage data — standard information your browser sends, such as your IP address and the pages you view, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To generate the free reputation audit you request.
• To provide and bill for our service if you become a client.
• To contact businesses about our service, and to stop contacting anyone who asks.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service. They only receive what they need to do their job: a search-data provider and an AI provider to produce audits, an email provider to send mail, a database/hosting provider to store data, and a payment processor to handle billing. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing emails and opt-out

If we email you about our service, every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also reply with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE." We honor opt-outs promptly and keep a suppression list so you are not contacted again.

Data retention

We keep client and account information for as long as you are a client and as needed to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email support@myreputationradar.com and we will take care of it.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed to function. We do not use advertising trackers.

If we update this policy, we will change the date above and post the new version here.
