"Awesome, professional operation. The gals, Nicole and Lindsey are very pleasant and helpful. I am a professional driver and felt very welcomed. All of the info explained to me was them understanding that EVERYONE COUNTS. JOB was addressed to the best of thier ability with the shop techs doing everything they could to remedy the situation as best as they could."

Richard, thank you so much for taking the time to share this — it genuinely means a great deal to the entire team. Nicole and Lindsey will be thrilled to hear your kind words, and knowing that you felt welcomed and valued as a professional driver is exactly the experience we set out to create every single day. We believe every person who walks through our doors deserves honest communication and real effort, and we're glad that came through clearly. Safe travels out there, and please don't hesitate to reach out whenever we can be of service again.

Frustrated Fleet Manager · 1 stars

"These guys are scammers. You would rather tow your truck than call them for a road call. We requested for assistance and provided them with a video showing what the issue might be as we were losing power because of a broken pipe/clamp. They sent someone who instead of looking at the problem just removed the pipe and went to buy another one in Nashville without even verifying if the current one is broken. When I checked with the mechanic he had no clue of what he was doing. All I asked was why was he going to buy another pipe if the current one is not broken. We later learnt from our driver that he came put silcon and returned the pipe then charged us $960. The issue was not resolve neither were they even able to investigate and give us a diagnosis. When you ask them legitimate questions they get emotional and start shouting. We paid to avoid any further stress with this company and we were able to get help somewhere else. PLEASE AVOID THIS PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TROUBLE AND UNNECESSARY STRESS"

Thank you for bringing this to our attention directly, and I want to be straightforward with you — what you've described is not the standard of service we hold ourselves to, and your frustration is completely understandable. A $960 charge for work that didn't resolve your issue, combined with a technician who couldn't clearly explain his own process, falls short of what any customer deserves — let alone a fleet operator managing time-sensitive logistics. The communication breakdown you experienced, particularly the heated exchange when you asked reasonable questions, is something we take seriously. We would very much appreciate the opportunity to review the full details of your service call and make this right. Please reach out to us directly at your convenience — we're listening, and we're committed to doing better.

Dissatisfied Owner-Operator · 1 stars

"I could give negative starts if they had that option. My truck broke down due to the transmission supply line disconnecting right at the radiator so all the transmission fluid poured out. I had the driver tow the truck to this shop and they check it and give me an estimate of $3,692. I tell them all that needs to be done on that truck is replace the fittings where the transmission line connects to the radiator then add transmission fluid and it should be good to go because I had experienced this same problem with my other truck not more than a month ago but they refuse and insist they have to fix everything that they listed otherwise they wont fix my truck. Well I got it towed to another shop called CML TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR. They checked the truck and confirmed all that was needed was to replace the fittings and 3 hours later my truck was fixed and till now still running well. My bill came to $612. Thank God I trusted my instincts and went to another shop this shop is straight up scamming people for services they don't need and prices that are waay too high even higher than dealerships. Pathetic."

Recommended response

We genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience, even though we understand it comes from a place of real frustration — and rightfully so. A $3,692 estimate compared to a $612 repair at another facility for the same root cause is a gap that demands an honest explanation, not a dismissal. You came in with informed knowledge of your own equipment, and rather than collaborating with you on that, it appears our team dug in rather than listened. That's not how we want to operate. We would like the opportunity to review what our technicians documented during their assessment and understand where the disconnect occurred. Whether it was a miscommunication, an overly cautious diagnostic approach, or something else entirely — you deserve a real answer. Please reach out to us directly so we can have that conversation. Your time and your truck matter, and we're sorry we didn't demonstrate that when it counted.
