"Terrible work. Terrible service. Completely rude, unprofessional, and frankly not knowledgeable. MJ got mad at me and hung up the phone after I asked for an estimate to be emailed to me, and his response was aggressively asking how old I was. I refused to answer an irrelevant question to the repair of my car, and he hung up the phone. I don't know what's going on here, but this place needs to be out of business. Received my car back with crazy damages and a $550 handwritten receipt."

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — what you've described is genuinely troubling, and I want you to know it has been read carefully and is being taken seriously. A customer asking for a written estimate deserves exactly that, without question or friction. The interaction you described falls well below any standard we would want to represent this shop, and the condition in which you received your vehicle is something we want to understand fully. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and make this right. Please reach out to us at your convenience — your concerns deserve a real conversation, not a form response.

"I've spent months going back and forth. They messed up some wiring in my car while trying to fix my AC and it ended up so that when I turn my car off everything else would stay on in the battery would die. When I asked him to fix this, he said that this was my fault to pay more to fix this issue, which was not a problem before I took it to him. Once I finally convinced him to fix this, I received my car back with a massive dent in the hood and a crack in the windshield which he refuses to fix. His work and refusal to take responsibility is a dishonor to his community and I would not recommend anyone use them for any purpose unless you want to go through something similar. He will subcontract out work and then if it doesn't work out he will blame the owner of the vehicle and ask for more money."

We are truly sorry for the frustration and time this situation has cost you — months of back-and-forth is an exhausting experience no customer should face. The issues you've raised regarding the electrical work and the physical condition of your vehicle when returned are serious, and they reflect a breakdown in both our process and our responsibility to you. Subcontracted work should never come with ambiguity about accountability — if work is done under our roof or on our behalf, it is ours to stand behind. We would like to connect with you personally to review what happened, assess the outstanding damage concerns, and find a fair path forward. You deserve resolution, and we remain open to that conversation.

"I just had to replace my ignition coil & spark plug again. Yet I remembered not long ago MJ put an ignition coil on my car in cylinder 1. Auto zone looked my number up and saw that I purchased a Duralast ignition coil already but when they went to cylinder 1. Mj added an off brand or different ignition coil….? I should have a Duralast ignition coil. He is the only one that has worked on my truck. They are scammers. There was no reason he should've switched the ignition coils out?? They are returning the good part for a store credit! They need to be reported & shut down."

Thank you for bringing this to our attention — what you've described is deeply concerning, and we understand why you feel the way you do. A customer supplying a quality part has every right to expect that exact part to be installed, full stop. The discrepancy you discovered through AutoZone's records raises a legitimate and serious question, and we do not take that lightly. We want the opportunity to review the service record on your vehicle, examine what was installed, and speak with you honestly about what we find. If something improper occurred, it will be addressed — that is a commitment we are prepared to stand behind. Please contact us directly so we can begin that review with you.
