"This company does poor work. They replaced my complete roof and it continued to leak through the vents. I had a 3rd party inspect my roof and it was discovered that none of my vents were never sealed leading to leaks and damages on ceiling. Mountain star roofing directed me to the manufacture of product for warranty when it is clearly a labor issue. Stay away from these people. So frustrated but they got their 10k in their pocket."

Thank you for taking the time to share this — we want you to know we read every word and take this seriously. A completed roof that continues to leak is not acceptable, and we understand the frustration of investing $10,000 and still facing ceiling damage. While we stand behind the materials we install, a third-party finding that vents were not properly sealed points to a workmanship issue that falls squarely on us to address. We would very much like the opportunity to make this right for you directly — not through a redirect to a manufacturer. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience so we can review the inspection report, assess the scope of what needs to be corrected, and put a resolution in front of you that reflects the standard of work you deserved from day one.

"This company is worth every penny. Travis has been very helpful. Called for some roof work quote and they came out immediate and keep me up to date thru the process of the work. Every thing came out great. Will use them again for any roof issues."

Thank you so much — this genuinely made our day. Travis takes real pride in keeping clients informed and making sure the process feels straightforward from first call to final nail, so hearing that it landed exactly that way means a great deal to our team. We'll be here whenever your roof needs attention, and we're honored to have earned your trust.

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My appointment for roof repair was set for January 16 and was done through my warranty company American Home Shield. I spoke with Veronica, office manager, prior to the appointment and made her aware that I wanted to be present when the work was being done. Without any notification, roofers just came out on January 14 and later stated they patched the two areas that needed to be fixed..."

We are truly sorry for the experience you've described, and we want to be transparent — this is not how we intend to operate, and reading this account is uncomfortable precisely because the failures here were real and repeated. You made a clear, reasonable request to be present for the work. That request was not honored. You followed up diligently, and the communication you received was inconsistent and, on at least one occasion, contradictory. A subsequent inspection confirmed the contracted work was not completed as agreed. We understand that words at this stage carry little weight without action behind them. We would ask that you contact us directly so we can review the inspection findings, take full responsibility for what was not done, and work with you on a path to resolution — including addressing the financial impact this has caused you. You deserved honesty and quality workmanship from the start, and we owe you both.
