"I purchased a property and they told the previous owner they would still honor the warranty. I'm giving a 2 star because they came out once when the leak was near my back wall, then said that's not covered but some shingles were loose. When I call or leave a message again about water leaking in my restroom, they never respond. If nothing besides the initial install is covered, just say that."
