"Inexperienced or Dishonest During Phone Call. I called to ask if they could perform a simple fuel filter swap, and the guy seemed insulted that I referred to the job as 'simple.' He asked why I wasn't doing it myself if it was so 'simple,' implying the job was more complex than it actually is. I just wanted to avoid having my car on a jack in my apartment's parking lot, as that's not allowed. Because of his attitude, I decided to do it myself—and yes, it was simple. It took 15 minutes tops to replace a $23 filter from Advance Auto Parts that's easy to access from the driver side underneath. Not only does he seem to have a temper problem, but he either lacked the experience to understand the task or was trying to make the job seem more difficult and time-consuming than it really is. I wouldn't trust this fella with my Jag."

"Best experience ever. I took my car in last week for a check engine light. They ran diagnostics and figured out the code causing the check engine light to activate. Ultimately, they determined the source of the problem, which was a very minor fix. At the end of the day, I was only out the cost of the diagnostics. If I had taken my car to the dealership, I would have been charged thousands. This feels like a very honest and trustworthy business, and I will always bring my car here first for future problems."
