"I asked for two new tires mounted balance out the door with a rotation of the tires that I had on my front of my vehicle to the back. Then began them. Trying to upsell me on fluids, front end alignment etc etc. told him I didn't want any of that. They still tried anyway. I had to demand for the tire tech not send it any further than him. It's one of those shops that likes to sell you things that you don't need or tinker without your permission. Completely unprofessional and won't be back. The tire tech even put aluminum weights on my steel rim. I worked in the tire industry for 20 years. Wouldn't work for shops like this!!! I remember when shops had honor and integrity."

"Got same day service! Shaun was outstanding! He was so pleasant on the phone ordered me a tire from the warehouse! Called me when it arrived! Had me in and out within an hour! I am in the retail business and it is very hard these days to find people with good phone skills, Shaun's was by far one of the best I have experienced in years!! Will keep coming back!"

"Went in recently for a front end noise. Tech discovered that some steering components needed repairs. Repairs were done in the same day and in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing was not cheap but nothing is for an HD pickup truck. Staff was friendly and helpful, thank you Firestone."
