"I called to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in the same day. I asked if they took my insurance and they did, receptionist asked for me to send her my insurance info so she could verify. She did not call me back so I assumed all was okay. We get there at the time allotted me, I drive from West El Paso by Coronado only for her to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover cause this Dr. was not a provider. She didn't have the decency to call and let me know. If she would have called me I would have cancelled my appointment and not drive so far for nothing."

Thank you for taking the time to share this — and please know we read every word. What you experienced is not the standard of care we hold ourselves to, and we are genuinely sorry for the drive, the frustration, and the feeling of being left without a courtesy call you were absolutely owed. You trusted us with your time, and we did not honor that trust. We have taken this experience directly to our team as a training opportunity, and we are putting a confirmed-callback policy in place so no future patient faces what you did. We would welcome the chance to make this right — please reach out to us directly at your convenience.

"prior to me showing up for an appointment, i asked if they accepted medicaid and they told me yes. when i arrived i was greeted by a rude receptionist, who told me they dont accept my insurance. wish i was informed before scheduling an appointment."

Recommended response

We are truly sorry — this is not the experience anyone should have when seeking care, and we take full responsibility for the confusion and the unwelcoming greeting you received. Being told one thing over the phone and another at the front desk is a breakdown we should never allow to happen, and the manner in which you were received only compounded that disappointment. We are addressing both the insurance communication process and the way our front desk engages with every patient who walks through our door. Your feedback is not falling on deaf ears — it is driving real change. We hope you will give us the opportunity to show you a very different experience.
