I called Rocha plumbing and they sent Jose. He was very professional and explained in detail what the issues was. He also explained in detail what can or can't happen in the process of trying to unplug to make sure we understood what he was doing. Luckily he was able to unclog it and provided great feedback on how to avoid future clogging. I was beyond satisfied. And felt very happy with the service and price. Highly recommend!!!!"
