"I was a customer for over 10 years. Today, I decided to take my business somewhere else. Just made appointment with another company. Their service has been just going down hill. Will not go over details as I had a long phone call about it today. It is a shame. I will not be using this company again after they type of response I got today from their help desk person and the lack of professionalism of the person that was supposed to do the work."
