"Super service. Installed kitchen faucet that proved defective. I exchanged it same day at Lowe's and these guys offered to come back same day to finish the job. Very thoughtful about our needs. They also fixed a leaky toilet same trip. Excellent work. Excellent customer service. Fair prices. I have no reservations recommending Javier to everyone and I'm sure I will continue to call them for all plumbing services. They more than met my expectations!"

"I purchased a garbage disposal ($129) at Lowe's and paid for installation ($159). Lowe's informed me that the installer would pick up the already-purchased disposal prior to arriving to my house for installation on scheduled day. This company was the third-party assigned for the install. The visit was confirmed for 2pm and the worker showed up at noon. No issue, as I made sure somebody would be home in that case. Upon arriving to my house, the employee asked for the new disposal for install and I told him what Lowe's told me, as well as showed him the 'order progress' email that stated 'item ready for installer pickup.' From there he called his boss and then called Lowe's asking who would be the one paying him to pick up the part. After him being on the phone and not getting an answer, I offered to go pick up the part myself as Lowe's is less than 5 minutes away. He stated he's got other jobs to do and left me his card to call him to reschedule for another day. He also told me to text him the model # because he's not sure what he's even installing. This was all within a 30-minute timeframe as I was at Lowe's by 12:30pm getting refunded for the part and installation. I will be avoiding this company in the future both directly and as a 3rd-party install."
