"We get our systems cleaned twice a year and Manaf always calls before arriving. He also always wears his shoe covers and cleans up when he's finished working. When he came out last week to clean our AC unit there was a part that was reading low so he recommended replacing it now that way we wouldn't lose air conditioning during the summer months.
