"I wish I could give 0 stars. I live at the Belvedere Apartments and we have been without water for 12 hours. I asked the plumbers when the water was going to be back on and was told: 'sometime tonight'. When I asked when tonight, some idiot claiming to be 'the boss' got in my face (after he put down his burrito) and said 'I said sometime tonight' There are 5 people literally sitting around doing nothing while an entire apartment complex is without water! This is ridiculous! Contractors will get away with whatever you allow them to get away with!"
